Where do you mentally go when you reflect on your life? Is there a place or an experience that brings back positive, or negative memories? What is that memory telling you? Can you bring that feeling back to life, or change the story you are telling yourself? How do you use that memory as you move forward in life?

Having recently returned from Egypt I am full of positive memories; the Great Pyramid, sunset atop Mt Sinai, and many others. The question is, what do I do with those memories? I know I am changed, but what does that mean? How are those reflections informing me? Am I listening?
